As the Community Anchor at CHRO India | CXO Verse, she facilitates real-time, peer-powered decision-making for HR leaders. Through People Bridges, Anju delivers strategic HR consulting, executive coaching, and inclusion-focused solutions to drive organizational impact. Her core expertise spans HR strategy, talent development, executive coaching, diversity & inclusion, and change management. She has designed and led over 500 workshops on Mentoring, Coaching, POSH, Change Management, leadership, and gender sensitization.
